Please note all production times are guaranteed but we cannot guarantee delivery as we are not a courier company and sometimes couriers have delays. If a product needs to be with you no fail you should collect or use a same day courier to ensure you have the products ordered in time for your event.

We offer a hard copy proofing service where you receive a small-scale sample of your item before the full run goes to print. This is the best way to check colour accuracy and avoid surprises.
